finally done with this one, whew
the owner wanted me to do something different on how his power works
the electricity must look like its flowing inside the his arms not just the typical electric effect, hehehe
its a bit challenging but i think i got it
and like the other commissions, i get to learn something new

this is my fully painted style commission by the way
